We are in-network with several major insurance carriers in Maryland and will submit claims on your behalf. You may have a co-pay or co-insurance due at time of service. If you prefer, call or email our office with your insurance details and we will check your benefits for you.
Acupuncture is often an eligible expense under flexible spending (FSA) and health care spending (HSA) accounts. A coded receipt will be provided to you if you plan to seek reimbursement through FSA or HSA. Likewise, if you itemize medical bills for tax purposes, a coded receipt will be provided for this purpose.
Medicare does not have coverage for acupuncture. If you have insurance secondary or supplemental to Medicare, you may have coverage. Follow the instructions above for finding out.
